You Can Community Club are looking for new Trustees to join our board!

Main purpose of the positions:
To be an integral part of You Can Community Club board of trustees helping to shape and guide the delivery and services we provide for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.
You Can Community club (formerly Oakwood Youth Club) is a charitable organisation based in Salford, working with children and young people with disabilities since 1995. We work with young people aged 10 to 24 years to develop their personal, social and emotional well-being in a safe and fun filled environment. Passionate about raising awareness around disability we promote inclusivity wherever we can, and advocate for our members to help them pursue their goals and ambitions. To achieve our aims we use projects in sports, arts, media, outdoor pursuits and education, offering both term time and holiday activities.
We are asking you to consider becoming a vital part of our organisation!
Overall general duties:
Time Commitment for all Positions: on average 5 hours a month (dependant on frequency of meetings needed).
